Introduction
1.1 License Agreement
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
For FSC Techsignal™ Software (FSCTS)
1. SCOPE.
This End-User License Agreement ("FSCTS EULA") is a legal agreement between you and The Foundation for the
Study of Cycles, Inc. governing your use of the FSC Techsignal™ Software (the "FSCTS") and associated software
components, media, user manuals or guides, and training or education materials, whether in electronic or paper form
(collectively, the "Software Product(s)".)
2. RELATIONSHIP TO the Foundation for the Study of Cycles, Inc.
You acknowledge and agree that The Foundation for the Study of Cycles, Inc. owes you no duties and has made no
representations of any kind what so ever to you other than as may be set forth expressly in this FSCTS EULA. You
also acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
-By making the FSCTS available to you, The Foundation for the Study of Cycles, Inc. is not providing you with any
investment, tax, or other form of advice, and FSCTS's sole purpose is for general information and education;
-You shall use the FSCTS for your personal or commercial purpose, and in a manner consistent with applicable laws
and regulations;
-Nothing contained in the FSCTS constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer by The
Foundation for the Study of Cycles, Inc. or a Third Party Provider (defined below) to buy or sell any securities or other
financial instruments;
-The FSCTS utilizes market data, quotes, and other information(collectively, "Market Data") that The Foundation for
the Study of Cycles, Inc. and/or you receives from The Foundation for the Study of Cycles, Inc. and/or your agents,
vendors, and/or partners ("Third Party Providers"). The Foundation for the Study of Cycles, Inc. does not endorse or
approve the Market Information, and may make it available to you only as a service and convenience. The Foundation
for the Study of Cycles, Inc. and our/your Third Party Providers do not (1) guarantee the accuracy, timeliness,
completeness or correct sequencing of the Market Information, or (2)warrant any results of FSCTS from your use or
reliance on the Market Information. Market Information may quickly become unreliable for various reasons including,
for example, changes in market conditions or economic circumstances. Neither The Foundation for the Study of
Cycles, Inc. nor the Third Party Providers are obligated to update any information or opinions contained in any Market
Information, and may discontinue the possibility of offering Market Information at any time without notice. You agree
that neither The Foundation for the Study of Cycles, Inc. nor the Third Party Providers shall be liable in any way for
the termination, interruption, delay, or inaccuracy of any Market Information. You shall not redistribute or facilitate the
redistribution of Market Information, nor shall you provide access to Market Information to anyone who is not
authorized by The Foundation for the Study of Cycles, Inc. to receive Market Information provided by The Foundation
for the Study of Cycles, Inc. As noted above, the Market Information which may be included in the FSCTS is day-old
or otherwise delayed data and is provided with the FSCTS software for demonstration purposes only.
-You acknowledge that the Software, related documentation, all enhancements to FSCTS and modifications, and all
copies and versions are the proprietary and confidential information of The Foundation for the Study of Cycles, Inc. or
any The Foundation for the Study of Cycles, Inc. affiliate (collectively, "The Foundation for the Study of Cycles, Inc.")
or a The Foundation for the Study of Cycles, Inc. licensor, ("Information"),that protection of this Information is of the
highest importance, and that The Foundation for the Study of Cycles, Inc. may employ protection methods within the
Software's code to prevent unauthorized uses of the Software.
3. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND DELIVERY.
The FSCTS EULA and the Software Product include important disclosures and information that are associated with
the FSCTS's electronic content and services. When you click "I accept the terms in the license agreement below you
will be signing, and consenting to signing, the FSCTS EULA electronically, and to electronic delivery of the
disclosures and information contained in the FSCTS EULA in Adobe Acrobat® Format (readable with the freely
available Adobe Acrobat® Reader). To enable you to access, retain, and/or print the FSCTS EULA for FSCTS
records, the installation process for FSCTS shall place the FSCTS EULA in an Adobe Acrobat® Format file labeled
"FSCTS_EULA.PDF" within the Folder containing the FSCTS. If you do not have a printer or are unable to open the
